At CheerFactor, we believe strong tumbling starts with strong fundamentals. Our experienced coaches prioritize safety, proper technique, individualized progressions, and consistency to help athletes build skills the right way. From first-time tumblers to elite athletes, every class is designed to build confidence, strength, and long-term skill development in a positive, motivating environment.

Public Tumbling Class Schedule

Birth Years 2019–2021

Thursdays | 6:30 – 7:30 PM

The perfect introduction to tumbling for our youngest athletes! Tiny Tumble is designed to build confidence, coordination, body awareness, and strong foundational habits in a fun, structured environment.

Athletes will focus on listening skills, gym safety, balance, beginner inversions, and introductory tumbling fundamentals while learning skills such as handstands, cartwheels, forward rolls, and backward rolls.

Classes use age-appropriate drills and progressions to help athletes become comfortable following instruction, moving safely through the gym, and developing the foundational skills needed for future tumbling.

Perfect for: Young athletes beginning their tumbling journey and learning how to safely and confidently move, listen, and learn in a structured class environment.

Ages 5–6

*Independent Back Bend Required

Mondays | 6:30 – 7:30 PM

Designed for experienced tiny athletes who are ready to take their tumbling to the next level! Tiny Elite Tumbling builds upon strong beginner fundamentals while introducing more advanced skills, combinations, and progressions in an age-appropriate environment.

Athletes will work on backward inversions, connected tumbling passes, walkovers, and introductory Level 2 skills, based on individual readiness and ability.

Classes emphasize proper technique, body control, strength, safe progressions, and consistency while challenging young athletes to confidently develop more advanced tumbling.

Prerequisite: Athletes must have a strong, independent back bend to participate.

Perfect for: Experienced tiny tumblers who have mastered beginner fundamentals and are ready to begin working toward elite and Level 2 skills.

Ages 6+

Tuesdays | 6:00 – 7:00 PM

Build a strong foundation from the ground up! Beginner Tumble focuses on Level 1 tumbling fundamentals while helping athletes develop proper technique, body control, strength, and confidence.

Athletes will work on skills including forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, bridges, kickovers, and introductory walkovers, based on individual readiness.

Coaches emphasize safety, correct technique, consistency, and progressive skill development to help each athlete build the foundation needed for more advanced tumbling.

Perfect for: Athletes who are new to tumbling or are working toward mastering their Level 1 skills.

Ages 6+

Thursdays | 5:30 – 6:30 PM

Take your tumbling to the next level! Beginner/Intermediate Tumbling focuses on Level 1–2 tumbling skills and fundamentals, helping athletes strengthen their foundation while safely progressing toward more advanced skills.

Athletes will work on skills including round-offs, back walkovers, front walkovers, back handsprings, round-off back handsprings, and connecting skills, based on individual readiness.

The primary focus of this class is obtaining new skills through safe progressions, developing consistent technique, and building the strength and body control needed for continued advancement.

Perfect for: Athletes with beginner tumbling experience who are ready to strengthen their Level 1 skills and begin progressing into Level 2 tumbling.

Ages 6+

*Standing and Running Back Handspring Required

Thursdays | 7:30 – 8:30 PM

Designed for experienced tumblers ready to continue advancing their skills! Intermediate/Elite Tumbling focuses on Levels 2–6 tumbling, with an emphasis on strong fundamentals, proper technique, safe progressions, and skill mastery.

Athletes will work through targeted drills, progressions, skill connections, and advanced tumbling techniques based on their individual level and goals. Training may include back handspring series, tucks, layouts, twisting skills, specialty passes, and advanced standing and running tumbling as appropriate for each athlete.

The focus goes beyond simply obtaining new skills—we prioritize clean technique, consistency, execution, and perfection so athletes can confidently progress into increasingly advanced tumbling.

Prerequisite: Athletes must have an independent back handspring to participate.

Get extra time in the gym to practice, perfect, and progress! Open Gym provides athletes with a supervised training environment to work independently on the skills that matter most to them.

Athletes of all skill levels are welcome to use this time for extra reps, skill practice, conditioning, flexibility, or working toward individual goals at their own pace. Open Gym is also the perfect place for your stunt group to get those extra reps they’ve been looking for!

Open Gym is drop-in only and does not require enrollment in a weekly class.
