At CheerFactor, our Tumbling Classes focus on building strong foundational skills, from basic rolls and handstands to advanced flips and twists. Our experienced coaches provide personalized guidance to help athletes of all levels progress safely and confidently.


Our Stunt Classes emphasize teamwork, strength, and technique, teaching athletes how to safely perform and perfect stunts. From beginner to elite levels, our classes are designed to help athletes develop the skills needed to excel in cheerleading.

TINY TUMBLE 1 and 2

    Tiny Tumble 1: Designed for children aged 3 to 6, Tiny Tumble 1 emphasizes hand-eye coordination and balance while introducing beginner tumble skills. Participants will learn forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and round-offs. Note that backbends and bridges are not included at this age to ensure age-appropriate skill development.


    Tiny Tumble 2: For ages 4 to 6, Tiny Tumble 2 continues to build on balance and strength while introducing more advanced skills. The curriculum introduces bridges, backbends, kickovers, walkovers, switch leg walkovers, and valdezes. This class helps prepare young athletes for more complex tumbling techniques.

MINI TUMBLE

    Mini Tumble: Mini Tumble is tailored for children aged 7 to 10 and focuses on developing listening skills, independence in the gym, and core strength. Students will practice forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, bridges, backbends, backbend kickovers, and back walkovers. The program is designed to build a strong foundation for further tumbling skills.

LEVEL 1 TUMBLE

    Level 1 Tumble is divided into two age groups: Elementary (ages 6-10) and Secondary (ages 11+). The curriculum focuses on fundamental tumble skills, including forward and backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, round-offs, kickovers, back and front walkovers, switch leg walkovers, and valdezes. This level is crucial for progressing to more advanced tumbling techniques.

LEVEL 2 TUMBLE

    Aimed at children aged 6 and up, Level 2 Tumble focuses on more advanced skills such as handsprings, round-off back handsprings, back walkover step out back handsprings, and combination passes. Athletes must demonstrate a standing two back handsprings pass to advance to the next level. The curriculum is designed to refine and enhance tumbling proficiency.

LEVEL 3 TUMBLE

    For ages 6 and older, Level 3 Tumble continues to build on advanced skills including standing tucks, round-off back handspring tucks, punch fronts, ariels, and combination passes. To progress, athletes must show a specialty skill into a round-off back handspring tuck. This stage focuses on perfecting complex tumbling elements.

LEVEL 4 TUMBLE

    Level 4 Tumble is intended for children aged 6 and up and focuses on high-level skills such as standing tucks, round-off back handspring layouts, two back handspring tucks, single back handspring tucks, and additional “handless flips” like punch fronts and whips. Drills will include conditioning, layout shaping, and handspring strengthening to support skill advancement.

Speciality Classes

    Available for ages 6 and up. Each session is dedicated to specific tumble skills, such as BHS, tuck, layout, beginner twisting, and jump drills. They offer a great opportunity for athletes to focus on and improve particular skills.
